Open Mic is on the third Thursday of every month.

The night starts with the host band  doing a few warm up songs about 8.15pm then we hand it over to you.

As is usual at open mic, everyone gets a three song or 15 minute slot, more if time allows, the evenings are usually busy but we will get everyone on. To help with this we ask that musicians have their instrument out of it's case and tuned ready to go a few minutes before they are due to go on.
All performers from first timer's to seasoned pro's, playing covers or original songs are made welcome at this inclusive and supportive venue. 

Time permitting we have a jam session at the end of the evening for anyone wanting to get up and join in.
 

Promoting or selling  a CD of you songs? It's fine to mention it on stage, but please, all transactions etc at the other end of the room.

We are inclusive not exclusive, we just want people to make music and have fun. So if you are thinking of giving it a go, please come down to the Old Hall Tavern and meet us.
